Sales Policy:
Fickle Moon Boutique currently does not accept returns. However, if an item is misrepresented or the wrong item is shipped, Fickle Moon Boutique will issue a full refund.
All orders are non-refundable. By ordering and submitting payment you agree to these terms and policies.
If an item is damaged in shipment please see the claims policy listed below.
Taxes:
The buyer is responsible for paying applicable taxes.

PayPal is accepted as form of payment.
We do not ship to PO Boxes
International shipping is available through Ebay’s Global Shipping Program. Please reference list of qualifying countries on Shipping & Payments Tab.
Condition Reports, Statements and Descriptions:
Fickle Moon Boutique attempts to accurately describe each item through description and photos. We do not use stock photos from the company; we take photos of the actual products that we have listed. The only exception is if we have multiple quantities of the same product listed; only one will be featured in the listing photos.
All items ship from a smoke free home.
Fickle Moon Boutique purchases all items from local major retail locations. We do not purchase from outlet stores or discount stores.

Claims Policy:
In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged in transit, there are several steps that must be followed before a refund can be issued. The buyer is required to contact me within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item. All of the packing material and boxes must be retained. Refunds for items damaged in transit CANNOT be processed without the original packing materials. The buyer is required to contact the shipping agent to initiate the claims process. The buyer should take pictures of the damaged item and email them to me and have them available for the claims agent. If the exterior of the box arrives damaged, the buyer should have the delivery agent make a note of the damage. If an item is damaged in transit, the buyer is required to contact me within 24 hours (no exceptions).
International Customers:
International customers are required to contact me prior to purchase. International sales will be handled through eBay’s Global Shipping Program. International customers are responsible for any duty or customs fees that are incurred. All items are sold ‘as is’; all orders are non-refundable.
